1. Nature of the service
orchiture.ai provides self-serve diagnostic tools designed to identify structural conditions in engineering organisations. The Signal and any other diagnostic instruments on this platform generate outputs based on the responses you provide.
These outputs are informational. They do not constitute professional advice and do not form part of a consulting engagement with Orchiture Ltd. No client relationship is created by using this platform. If you require a practitioner-led diagnostic engagement, visit orchiture.com.
2. Accuracy of outputs
Diagnostic outputs are generated by an AI model using the responses you provide. The quality of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of those responses. Orchiture Ltd does not warrant that any output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of a diagnostic output. Orchiture Ltd accepts no liability for outcomes arising from decisions informed by use of this platform.
3. Intellectual property
The diagnostic framework, structural condition taxonomy, question sets, scoring logic, and all associated content on orchiture.ai are the proprietary intellectual property of Orchiture Ltd. All rights are reserved.
You may use the platform and share your own diagnostic output for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, republish, or commercialise any part of the diagnostic framework or platform without the prior written consent of Orchiture Ltd.
4. Limitation of liability
orchiture.ai is provided on an as-is basis. Orchiture Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchiture Ltd's liability to you in connection with your use of this platform is limited to the amount you have paid to Orchiture Ltd in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. Where no payment has been made, Orchiture Ltd's liability is nil.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use orchiture.ai in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. You agree not to attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the diagnostic framework, question logic, or any server-side content. You agree not to submit false or misleading responses with the intent of generating a distorted output for any commercial purpose.
